Shipping Policy

At Voluptuocity, we are committed to delivering your wellness essentials with care, quality, and efficiency.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Time:

Once processed, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. We proudly work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your order total and shipping address.
  • Free Shipping is automatically applied to all orders of $80 or more (before taxes and discounts).

 

Tracking Information:

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays:

  • While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love everything you receive — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right with care and clarity.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our boutique inventory and hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item you received is defective or damaged.


If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@voluptuocity.com  with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective, and a replacement is not available.

If approved for a refund, the original payment method will be credited within 5–7 business days after processing.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for orders due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing choices, or changes of mind.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Once processing begins, we are unable to modify or cancel your order.
